"Leak Test M-01"

Leak Test M-01 (Hydrostatic) is an automatic machine for hydrostatic leakage testing of 4 fire extinguisher cylinders contemporary.

Leak Test M-01 (Hydrostatic) is used for the leakage testing of 4 fire extinguisher cylinders with a test pressure up to 50 bar. Leakage testing is necessary to check the welding leakages.

Leak Test M-01 (Hydrostatic) equipped with a water storage tank. Cylinders are filled with water automatically by a pump. Pressure inside the cylinders augment till the preadjusted pressure level. After the test, water goes back to the storage tank automatically.

A manometer is attached to the system to see the pressure of the water that is filled inside the cylinders.

Every cylinder must be fitted upside down on the tightening adapter and then it is automatically tested by water. By activator valve cylinders filled with water automatically. On the test ending water which is inside the cylinders, is drained into the backflow recovery tank by solenoid valves.
